Ceiling Fan Wattage Regulator

I was experiencing flickering of my led lightbulbs.

It limits the bulbs to 3 40 w incandescent equivalent bulbs which is way too low to light the room ade read more. This is an old video now but as of 2018 i have since went over to led bulbs. From other videos forums and website the wattage limiter seemed to be the issue. I checked the pull switch and it is fine.

I have a hunter ceiling fan with a light kit. The wattage regulator has nothing to do with speed of fan or brightness of bulbs or for a remote. Obviously this is so they can comply with the energy conservation act by limiting the wattage of light bulbs and the types of bulbs that are used. The light limiter or no bypass module used on a ceiling fan controls the wattage to the light kit.
